INCENTIVE/FIT:
Laura wants to be a god. She wants to be part of the Pantheon. She was devastated when Cassandra/Urđr was revealed as the twelfth member instead of her. Even though the Pantheon will all die in two years, she would rather burn out bright and fast than live a long, dull life. So, Laura's incentive would be to be a god. (Little does she know that immediately after her canon point, she becomes the reincarnation of Persephone for all of a minute before Ananke kills her.)
As for fit, I believe Laura will have no trouble accepting the reality of Eudio, both in its bizarreness and in its requirements of her. She loves going to the Pantheon performances, which range in comparison from a crazy drug fueled party to a rock concert to straight up orgies. Concent and agency is important to Laura, as shown when Dionysus invited her to his party. She was hesitant to join in until he assured her it was her choice to join, and her choice when to leave. Only then does she accept his invitation. Laura forms friendships and more-than-friendships easily, and is comfortable with the concept of intimacy.
Because I will be aging her up, I must address how that will affect her. Though that said, I'm only aging her up a few months, so there really isn't much change or growth involved. Her birthday is in "late" 1996, and her canon point is summer of 2014. She is already a functioning adult (though her fanatic obsession with the Pantheon could be considered a bit immature), and has done a great deal of maturing since the beginning of the series. When the comic began she was just another 17 year old fangirl, but after meeting and getting involved with Lucifer, everything changed. Laura became determined to help absolve Lucifer, and later avenge her death. Her quest for answers took priority over her childish dream of being a god. She learned how to deal with loss, and how to deal with not getting what you wanted-- though if what the Eudio people say is true, she might get it after all.

When it had first happened, when Ananke had first made Cassandra into Urđr, Laura had cried over her shattered dreams. But after the Norns' performance, after Baphomet tried to kill Urđr and Cassandra broke down in her trailer because the crowd didn't get her message, Laura came to accept that godhood just wasn't in the cards for her. She wasn't divine. She was the eternal fangirl.
That said, coming home afterwards and walking into her house to see some stranger waiting in the living room offering her exactly what she's wanted? She'd be lying if she said she wasn't thrilled. Still wary, but thrilled. She wanted to check in with her parents first, but the "rep" said whenever she decided to end her deal and come home, it would be to this moment. And besides, it's late. Her parents are probably asleep. She takes just a minute to pack a bag, then it's off to... wherever this Eudio place is.
ANYTHING ELSE? Though her incentive is to become a god and get all the powers and fame that comes with, Laura would be coming into Eudio simply as Laura, the mortal.
